- 1. LONG HANDLES THAT ACTUALLY KEEP YOU SAFE Your Dutch oven hits 450°F — your fingers shouldn't. The silicone bread sling gives you a full 7.2 inches of handle clearance so you can lower and lift dough without flinching. Textured grips stay secure even with oven mitts on. Transfer confidently, bake fearlessly.
- 2. CLEAN RELEASE, EVERY SINGLE BAKE Tired of mats that leave an iridescent film on your crust? Our silicone bread sling for dutch oven uses pure, uncoated silicone — nothing peels, nothing flakes, nothing transfers to your food. When you're done, rinse it off or toss it in the dishwasher. That's it.
- 3. BUILT FOR 500°F. NO SMOKE, NO SMELL, NO DRAMA. Sourdough demands high heat and steam, and cheap mats buckle under both. The silicone sourdough baking sling stays stable at a full 500°F without curling or smoking. It has a mild natural scent right out of the box that disappears within hours. Unlike a flimsy dough sling that warps mid-bake, ours is reinforced with a fiberglass core that holds its shape loaf after loaf.
- 4. EVEN HEAT, CRISPY BOTTOM — FINALLY Why go through all that effort just to pull out a loaf with a soggy bottom? Our optimized thickness distributes heat evenly so your bread browns beautifully from crust to base. It's not just a bread mat — think of it as the sourdough baking mat that finally gets your oven spring right.
- 5.A GIFT THAT GETS USED — AND A PROMISE THAT BACKS IT This kit includes 2 silicone bread slings, 2 reusable cable ties, and 10 parchment sheets — all boxed and gift-ready for the home baker. Unlike single-purpose tools that gather dust, every piece earns its place. And if anything goes wrong, we'll replace it — just reach out through your Amazon order page.
